Christopher Jackson

Chris is a partner in the Transaction services team and has specialised in due diligence for over 25 years. Chris has led, and continues to lead, assignments in relation to buy-side and vendor financial due diligence transactions across the corporate, banking and private equity markets.

Experience 

Chris began his due diligence career within Ernst & Young’s Transaction Services department prior to joining the firm in 2006. He brings to the team a wealth of experience from a variety of financial and vendor due diligence transactions from the corporate (listed and private banking) and private equity markets.

He has worked on transactions ranging from sub £1 million MBOs to multi billion cross border acquisitions for major listed entities. During his time at the firm, Chris has continued to specialise in cross-border transactions, helping a large number of international, and UK based, clients with their due diligence requirements.

Work Highlights 

Chris has worked with a variety of clients during his time at the firm across a wide range of sectors and markets. Selected highlights include providing due diligence to Culina (part of the Muller Group) on a number of transactions including the acquisition of the Eddie Stobart, Fowler Welch and Great Bear businesses. Other clients for whom Chris has led assignments include SOCOTEC, Kpler and Park Holidays. Chris also led the due diligence in relation to the purchase of a majority stake in Bristol Rovers FC by Mr Hussain AlSaeed.
